Drinking is what I would always do to shift a mood. It never really worked properly either.

Hmmm maybe, I don't know if it's the bac. I am not really taking a high dose. It reminded me of the nights after a good long binge and I would wake up sweating out the AL. I actually woke up panicked that I had gotten drunk last night and I didn't even have a sip.

Morning Army what a lovely morning it is, you are all bright and sparky today. Opal uou are in my prayers today. Oney I feel so sad for you and I understand when you say that he doesnt want to be with you anymore. He sounds exactly like my ex and he needs a good kick into reality maybe a solicitors letter telling him u want a separation might be just the wake up call he needs. Right now he is doing whatever he wants with no consequences. Anyway I am here for you.... Off to the pool now for a dip and I will feel so cool then. Talk soon.

Oney take a deep breath (hope that doesnt sound patronising).
It sounds like he didnt realise how strongly you felt about this and hadnt really thought about the effect it was having on you.
Us blokes are just so good at that.
He will have time to think things through today and tonight when the kids are in bed you can sort it out together. It will be ok hun.

Oney, I think Rob will think about this and realize this family is worth fighting for.Don't let him off the hook too easy. I really liked Irishes idea of a "letter from a lawyer" at least if it happens again that is what he can expect..and make sure he knows THAT !!! You are not a doormat for him to wipe his boots on and you don't NEED him to make you happy, You are a component, capable, caring woman and you can create the life you want, with or without him !!! I KNOW YOU CAN !!!

Todays the day and I'm up (could hardly sleep cause the teeth hurt) and ready to GO. Should be fun and the weather is alot cooler. I will miss you all MUCH~LY !!!
