What I WANT to happen is:
He gets served the papers (meaning he goes to court and to jail 60 days).
He agrees to settle with me and I drop the rule to show cause (above) and instead we go to court with settlement papers and the divorce is over.
His behavior is the wild card but is not my responsibility. I'm sure he will be angry and blame me but that's fine.sigpic

Good Morning Army
Unfortunately, I can only say a quick Hello as I do not have much power and must reserve it for work related stuff. I am going to submit for my new power cord today. Emylee and I are getting along much better. She has been hauling her possessions out of here little by little. I am being submitted for a 13 week Travel contract at a Hospital in Reno, Nevada.
