Mario, delighted you had a great day with the kids. The CT (Camel Toe :H) scan call must have been a shock, but at least you will get it out the way. I had to have one when I fractured my skiull and lost my sense of smell for 6 months.

Mine look fabby Zenny (even if I say so myself :-) I have gone a shade darker and am now sporting a fringe.

Opal, can you stretch out a bit? That will help ease any soreness. After a bath when the muscles are warm already.
Check out the net for stretching exercises. They really will help.
