Must admit I never thought of making false promises.... but this dental work is an ongoing thing... I've saved myself over $10,000 of dental work in the last 5 years. That's gotta be worth a promise or two.
Tawn, I have my car booked in for an oil change tomorrow, but I think I'll use my VISA card for that one!!

Afternoon All.

Am over the hormonal hump so to speak, so feeling much chirpier today. Rags, I've been having a little chuckle to myself because I had to read your original post 3 times, very clever!

I think we have the itinerary sorted for the rest of the oldies visit. After sitting around doing NOTHING for 3 weeks they now want to to go the races, have afternoon tea at Raffles, do a full day at the zoo, go and buy chat in Chinatown, go across to Malaysia for the day, eat at the Hawker centre, visit Tiffany's, go shooting, and do a champagne brunch. All in their last ten days. Hmm.

Better get going then - Chinatown today.

How are you choofing along Shas? Baclofen working out?

On day 25 here (with one slip, on the 16th) ... using AA, MWO, anything I can. Few tough moments, and some AL thoughts, but really starting to get that it just doesn't help. Given up controlling; more successful abstaining.
I'll try and pop in on the thread when I can. How's everyone's journeys going?
