I have a friend, who doesn't have a prob with AL, and she has been brilliant but she just doesn't understand. I've told her a little bit about this place and she thinks its fantastic that I have people to talk to that understand. Meself and herself are going out for dinner tonight. I'm looking forward to that as I've barely left the house this past days because of gardening. Me and me wellies would have looked a fine sight in the local supermarket.

I've had a lot more good days than bad since I got myself by the scruff of my neck and gave myself a shake and as time progresses even the bad days are better. Talking with people who know what I'm going through has helped immensely. Others, with the best of intentions, tend to judge without knowing and it's easy to tell when someone doesn't understand, even though they think they do.
Thank you my friends.
Well, I have to go and refill my larder with exotic sweetmeats and the finest of fare.
I'll get that at Tesco.
See you later
