So, my day goes like so.
Breakfast:
1t L-Glut
300mg L-Theanine
400mg Magnesium
300mg 5-HTP
Multi Vit
Mid morning snack:
500mg Vit C
400mg Milk Thistle (if I drank that week)
600mg Omega 3.6.9
Afternoon snack
500mg GABA -- only if needed
1t L-Glut
Bedtime
300mg L-Theanine
400mg Magnesium
I have to spread it out like this because to pop that many pills before breakfast each day just makes me want to hurl -- this program has really worked well in calming me as well as helping with the dreaded sugar/carb aka AL cravings which if I succumb to makes my blood sugar levels erratic and therefore my mood. I get a wonderful nights sleep too. The L-Theanine doesn't make me sleepy but when I am asleep I don't wake up until the alarm goes off at 6am -- bliss!
