Well Ive had a good day today I managed to get all my jobs done and more that I wanted to get done and my mood is a good one which makes a change, I dont feel quite so down its amazing what a bit of get up and go can do to ones self!!

I hated work Today a lot and I'm over Winter and staying indoors bored shitless..

So.....I've decided to take Tomorrow off and drive my new ute down to Bells Beach (about 120 kms away) and spend the day surfing with a good mate of mine..

I have a very warm wetsuit...LOL

Gotta love working for yourself :-)

Hi there,
Have been away at my mothers. Had family there and there was lots of drinking going on. Well I succumbed BUT I stuck to light beer and stayed right away from wine or spirits so was quite proud actually. Came home and my topamax has arrived so am feeling very positive about everything.

I spent a few months in Ireland...Arran Isles were my favorite...No cars, lots and lots of rock walls and all the old blokes spoke Gaelic..

Everyone is paraniod about the sun here.. It IS pretty deadly in Summer, I have to admit..

Especially my very good Scottish mate, but rightly so...he is truly the whitest man on Earth...lol

I can stay in the sun all day... It's a battle between Cirrhosis/lung cancer/skin cancer here :-P
