You need no RX.Read the Bac threads and you will find several sites to buy it without an RX.. I use 4RX they are great and cheap !! OK ???.OK!!! It is a disease that you can control thru MEDS !!! Not a MORAL WEAKNESS !!! Dr. have killed people with that mind set. Would you tell someone who has diabetes that they can get better by TALKING about it ??? That is insane ....right ??? You would say take insulin and you can manage your disease !!
Once you have taken the MEDS you will change your mind about alcoholism not being a disease.....Try it and you will see what I mean.
IT COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE !!!

4RX is for prescription MEDS.
RX means prescription .....Get it ???
The threads about Baclofen tell you the on line address to order anti craving MEDS
You need to READ these threads !!!
If in doubt start a thread about who has gotten it in Australia ..

Oki Evie, there is a will. I wonder how strong this will is. I can assure you i will buy it. Evie the problem is i am still in denial. I probably need some help and i need it fast, but i worry that if i don't hit rock bottom i would never help myself. I'm going to Europe in one week, theres gonna be a lot of drinking there, drinking i have to do otherwise they would think i am an alcoholic. I need to see my doctor and ask for valium before i go otherwise i would be not able to function.

Ask for Baclofen.say you have muscle spasms and you had used it before with great success !!!
Then the desire to drink will be GONE.I'm back on it cause of stress and in preparation for the PUBS of the UK........You'll be amazed at how different you feel !!

Wow Netty - I think it's pretty amazing that you were able to do all that feeling the way you did!! Sounds like super-human effort to me...!

Congrats on the presentation, etc. I'm impressed. But maybe the pain of all that will help you slow down? (I say that knowing that we rarely "remember" the pain, etc. Sadly!)

Network, It is not important what they think - your health and what you think of yourself is important. (And I agree with Evie that beating ourselves up for moral weakness does not help. I think the type II diabetes analogy is very good because you can get it by eating wrong and getting overweight, but need medical help to keep from dying once you have it.) Tell them you are on antibiotics for an ear infection or some such thing. They are more likely to think you are an alcoholic if you drink too much than if you don't drink at all. Lots of people who are not alcoholics don't drink. If you go to the meds section and read the baclofen thread, you will find that people from AU have been able to get it.
