    NEXT DAY THREAD TUESDAY 30th JUNE

    What, me the thread starter again? Getting on for 11:00 am and no-one started, so I thought I would.
    A cold gloomy day here. Even the birds are quiet.
    Am going up to Sydney for 5 days tomorrow so will be off air.... no computer or TV! And I just looked at BOM and the forecast is for rain Thursday and Friday in Sydney. SO warm woollies and rainjacket for me.

    I was following the moderator thread re Seacaillin... isn't it terrific that there are people who are watching out for each other.

    Tawny, it must be frosty and cold down in Vic. Is that your frosted fence foto on the BOM website??

    Will call back later this arvo. Shopping and meal prep for Mr Rags while I'm away, and for me to take up to Sydney. Catch you later.

      Afternoon Raggsy & Brett,

      Actually quite mild down here this morning - about 16C and sunny. Got a hour's mowing in and then turned into a domestic goddess and did some washing but now it's turned windy and nasty. Guess I'll play in the kitchen.

      Rags - have fun in Siddenee

      Brett - tomorrow's the 1st. Woo-hoo!!

      Wavey - did you get to Bells?

        How is the 30 days going? You had a few takers including me. I'm doing fine, feeling terrific.
        How was Qld??

        Bells would be damned cold this time of year I imagine, though we have a localised warm current that lies about 2 miles offshore that keeps the water warm.

          Where is everybody else?

          Am really tired here at work and would love to put my head down for a quick snooze but will have to struggle through. Ok winge over

          Nothing much to report except I have not had a drink in 5 days and the last time was only 1 glass of wine!

          Amazing!

          I am not white knuckling it or climbing walls.

          I am simply over the moon and seriously with what is happening at the moment in my life this is truly a miracle.

                It's now pissing down and blowing a gale with good thunder rumbles in the distance. I'm surprised the power is still on. It's only 4pm but it looks like 6pm. If I had water in the dam I'd be shouting "surf's up!"

                      Look, I may have said this before, but love... a GP actually pulled me up and said "look Bridge, why are you fighting this so hard'....having gone off and back on the drug several times...
                      I didn't want to admit that I needed help that a lot of other people don't. I thought that was a sign of weakness, but such was not the case. It is not weak to accept help, where help is available.
                      Any way love, YOU know what is right for you, and I reckon, for the time being, you've made the right decision.

                        Yep I totally agree with you Bridge. I thought I could manage without and I cant.
                        I never want to go through that anxiety and mood swings again. Lifes too short.
                        So I am going to go with the flow and take my pills like a good little girl :-)
