      I am grand thanks Oney.
I feel like a cloud has lifted and I can see the world in colour once again.
I went walking with friend this morning and her hub has been on ADs for 25 years. He tried to come off them once and the same thing happened to him.
I wont be trying that again in the foreseeable future I can tell you!!

And how are you? Pains any better?

        Are they still really bad?
Have you thought about whether your bad feeling was connected to pmt?
There is lots you can do for that you know.
Simple stuff like eating carbs every 3 hours, cutting down on caffeine and salt. Plus supps you can take too.

              I'm glad you're good starty.
I feel a little better now after some fresh air, though not much.
I bought myself an apple for my lunch. I really can't think about food just now.

Pops, have you tried something like Resolve?
Its for hangovers I think but it might help settle your stomach.
And can you sip water? Thats the best thing cos you will be dehydrated.

I've just realised, when ever I'm not feeling too good, my body starts craving simple foods, like fruit, juices and fresh veg. Nothing heavy at all. It's an impressive organism if you treat it properly.

Thats what you must give it then Pops.

Mine tells me it needs prozac :-)

I must have. I don't use the fridge for anything though.
I had spaghetti and sauce, maybe too much. I don't eat as much as I did a couple of years ago as I'm not burning as much. I'll need to remember that Oney.

                            I totally agree.

I'm always thinking of a better diet, one that suits me now, and not a few years ago.
I really would shovel any old crap down there.
                            Time for a re-evaluation methinks.
