The day has finally come.

My new life without alcohol begins today.

This is where the hard work begins. I must admit, I am a bit nervous but also quietly confident.

I am fully aware that I MUST NEVER have even a sip or I'll be back at square one. Probably even worse if the truth be known.

I know the next 2 or 3 nights will probably be sleep free and sweaty.

I also know that if I don't do this the rest of my life is going to be ugly.

A big thank you to all those who have sent messages of support. It is greatly appreciated.

Time, that is so great. Im happy for you hon. There are natural remedies for sleep like valerian or melaton (sp) also there are things that can help with your anxiety. good luck and keep talking to us
