Guitarista - thanks for that. I'm nearly up to 24 hours and feel ok. It usually hits me at 48-72 hours so I will be vigilant about any symptoms.

I have never blogged before......I guess that is what you call this.....at least not written, but have read these threads. Obviously not the first time here. Have realized for years and years that alcohol was ruining my life. This morning have decided to try once more.....no, to do this thing! If how I feel now is not the bottom, then I, for the first time, don't think that I want to go through the guilt, the shame, the sadness anymore to see what the bottom actually feels like. So today, guys, I am joining you. No more of this. I will be back. Hoping talking this out with y'all each morning will help.
