First proper work out and I am a little stiff this morning (behave) Did 1.5 hours in the gym followed by 45mins swimming lengths.
Who said I have an obsessive personality? Will try to get to the pool this pm for a while.

Ahh thats brill KTAB, I think as addicts we all have obsessive personalities. Just look that the time we invest in this place :-)
The pool will be good, will gently work out your muscles and ease some stiffness

Day 3 AF and I finally stopped shaking enough so that I can type. If I continue to feel ok, I will try and get to an AA meeting today. I am expecting my children and their significant others for dinner tonight; also, my roommates girlfriend is coming. It certainly was two days of withdrawal HELL. Thank you once again for being there for me. I love you all.

Just one interview coming up, but the Manager is on vacation, so it is not for two weeks. I also need to have care insurance to get the job which I just lost. I am hoping that I can get some assistance to reinstate my car insurance. I will be making calls today. Still applying for other jobs on Emylee's laptop, but can't upload my resumes on her laptop. My resumes are on my laptop, which is broken again.
