I would say if you pealed and chopped them they would freeze but not sure how they would defrost. Worth a try I suppose, beats letting them go rotten and having to throw them out.

Freezing would be my last choice but have done it with and used TONS of sugar and then you can do ANYTHING else that is legal ???

I am paying for a 24mb service which is the best available unless I pay mega bucks because I need it for my business. Bit frustrating when it drops out like that. I had to courier a job 250 miles recently because it couldnt be sent over the wire. Anyway end of rant.
