Hi Evie,
Just sending you some warm wishes and I hope the pain is gone soon. Take painkillers and do anything you can to distract yourself - long walk, read a book, watch your favourite movie, whatever works for you.

When I recently broke up with my bf and had many painful hours to kill, I spent many of those hours on Yahoo Answers looking up silly questions - totally pointless I know, but it kept me busy and is quite addictive in it's own right.
