I have a lot of patience. It's one of my better qualities. I find that people usually get what's coming to them; what they deserve. I've spent a lot of time guiding her but to no avail. As has been said. I've done all I can. She's all grown up and it's up to her.

Just as soon as she can get somewhere else Zen. My daughter doesn't want to be there any longer than she has too. Very independant you know????
When we first got the place a year after we got married, my sister-in-law and her new hubby stayed with us for 6 months. When they found their own place my mother and my step-dad moved in. My mum stayed a couple of years and then left after leaving us with my step dad who died there about four years later. We were looking forward to the kids growing up and flyng the nest so we could get a little peace, then we split up and now this. It's been a half-way house for years.
My ex has earned a little peace.
