Morning, Starts and all to come, from a slightly overcast but lovely Cape Town.

What a fantastic weekend it was!

Oney - good luck! I'll also get there one day :-)

        Hey, starts

I'm only halfway there - sober, but yet to have that 1st AF day! I haven't spoken to my family while I've been tapering, but I'm sure they must have noticed changes in my behaviour by now (e.g. not slipping away to the bedroom to down some vodka every 30 mins).

I'm waitnig until I start the baclofen (of which there is no sign yet - grrrrrrrr) to tell DW what I'm up to!

It doesnt matter, what matters is your attitude has shifted to changing your life. And your family will notice that.
I dont always talk about changes I make until they are settled. Sometimes I find it easier just to get on with it alone. Less pressure then.
          When should it have arrived?

Friday was 14 days, but it can take up to 21 (working days). I guess I should be more patient, but that isn't one of my strongest suits!

We have a sattelite post office, so that could also explain the delay. I guess I should also not compare US postal services with ours here in SA.

But hey: no vodders in the house, my red wine intake has reduced dramatically, so I'm in a good space.

Can you print a pic of LA or the hotel or something, or even KT as the bullseye on dartboard?
Just to keep your vision alive?
