I am going to tackle that particular beast on my return from Durban on the 13th.....luckily it is a Monday...

Right now, my prime focus (in every dimension) is to kick AL in the teeth and I have 7 days to get into the right headspace to kick Nic (Toby might also work?!?!?!) in the guts.....

Shu, then I will be almost completely viceless.....

Yep I did it after I sorted out AL.
Its tough, but worth it.
How are you going to do it? Gum, patches. pills?

Startie, I have considered all the options to be honest. My doctor has a script waiting for me for Zyban but since I have been doing a number of things of late to test strength of character, I am going to go the Hypothermic Ptarmigan route.....

As mentioned before, I think 7 days will be enough to get my head into it, I know my heart certainly is.....or isn't....depending on the view you take...

If I make it through the first 3 days then I should be away....if my memory serves....

Got the prep work started but the company suppling the stone only let me know at lunchtime that one of the sizes is out of stock for a couple of weeks. So downed tools and went to the gym and for a swim. Flippin tired now I can tell you.

I have done really nothing all day.
Back on the prozac again and it makes me nauseous and headachey for a few weeks at the beginning. So havent felt up to doing anything much today.
