You can do it. Have you seen the electronic ciggys. My friend has one at the moment and she has not smoked for 10 days. She puffs on it when she gets a craving but she is not using anything else and she was a 20 a day 'er. It emits smoke or steam or something so it does give the feeling of smoking - she says its a great help.

oh dear I feel your pain - now is definitely the time for a patch or gum or something to get you through this bit. Get some tomorrow and keep for emergencies no point in suffering that bad if you dont have to. Get one of those ciggy things as well. Use whatever you can to get through the first week at least then you will have broken the nicotine addiction and there is only the mental bit to deal with. You'd probably be sick if you took a drag of the cigar now - mind that would probably put you off smoking for life. Oi why is rob smoking if you are trying to give up or are they just lying around.
