Evening all
Just popping in to say well done on getting to day 5 Onester that is brill. Apparently chest pain is quite common when you first give up - but yours probably be worse than most seeing as your jabbers are bigger than usual and your lungs smaller than usual... LOL
Seriously though what does really help is to put boiling water in a bowl and stick your head over the bowl and breath in the steam with a towel covering your head and the bowl so it doesnt escape and put a tiny drop of dettol in and take small breaths in and out. That will loosen up the gunk. If fails then have another suck of rob cigar - at least one of you be happy then.

Speaking of cigars.... I saw plenty of "them" tonight. Went to see Bruno tonight with Elvis and one of his friends - both aged 14. Dear god it was just total porn do not know how it got an R16 rating. I have never heard of the reverse cowboy position before and never want to again!

For the boys I think it was probably the equivalent of masturbating in front of your mother. Even they could not believe it was for general audience. Everyone that came out (of the cinema that is) was in complete shock. It was certainly the closest I have come to sex in a long time..... and much too close for comfort I tell you.
