Have to go and dry the hair dripping here! then go for a nice long walk with earphones in situ! After that - it is Friday some food shopping and chatting talk later dudes/dudettes. Have a nice sober day everyone.

Day 5 today...have a lot of lung pain (hopefully it just means they are clearing and not something more sinister) so I on the Nurofen Plus because the pain is quite bad.
Didn't sleep much at all.

Pain from your lungs could be reflected there or it could simply be aching muscles due to being so tense yesterday. Try a hot soak and submerge your shoulders.

I had the BEST day ever yesterday. I dont think I will EVER forget it!!!
