Oney, mullein is an herb that is would be a good as a tea for you right now. Good for lung congestion.

Popeye, I'm with you! It's a tiny bit coolish and I'm going to jump in the shower and go walk the woodlands trail from the river to the botanical gardens at the zoo. I never would have tohught of that when I was drinking, much less done it.

Well. I'm off to ride in the countryside. I've packed some fruit and fresh juice. I started my detox diet yesterday. Lots of raw, fresh, crispy fruit and veg and lots of fresh juice. Steamed fish tonight. I can only buy what I'm going to use that day (broken fridge) but that just means it's all that bit fresher.
I'll catch up with you all later.
