Well hello newly arrived people. Oney nothing wrong with noodles if you go for the wholemeal ones. Those cheap ones you get in the supermarket with little sachets of powder are crap. And the powder is full of salt, MSG and artifical flavourings.

Great stuff my man, just bear in mind you are eating a lot of roughage and if you arent used to it, it may have an undesired effect.
