Looks like its going to be a beautiful day today. So hoping to get some miles underfoot with the dogs. Recently its either been too hot or too wet. Fingers crossed today is neither.

Oney, day 7, at the end of today, you will have made a whole week. Thats amazing, well done girilie!

My 's' seem to be sticking here this morning wonder how I can sort that out before it gets worse. Well done Oney girl 7 days all toxins gone from ur system now.

Well what a night last night, I went to a friends house for dinner, and I said to hubby that I will drive as the couple are big drinkers and I did'nt want to be tempted, well everyong was lovely and I did'nt even crave for a drink... but on the drive home the old booze bus was out doing random breath testing, and as I was slowing down I was thinking.... Please Please pick me..... and guess what.... they did, It was my first ever breath test and I was so pleased that I drank coffee all night so I blew and I blew into the little pipe thingy... no-ing that all was going to be ok, and it was. And I drove away with a big smile on my face.

Top of the morning to you one and all! General, affirm on the last day of smoking! Have had a wonderful trip to Durban and have been surrounded by a whole gang of drinkers since arriving on Friday afternoon and haven't felt the slightest urge to let down my guard! Ah the sweet taste of these small victories! Leaving Durbs at just before 1 so hold thumbs for a safe flight back. Will post pics of the Wild Coast on return!

Hey Opal, thanks, I look forward to showing you the pics! Hopefully the weather holds so that I can get some of Waterfall Bluff (2 of only 10 in the world where the waterfall drops straight into the sea) in the heart of the wild coast. I am on the right side of the aircraft so should be OK! Will say hello from 500 foot above the beautiful sea teaming with dolphins and whales! Woo-hoo! Goodness me, this being sober thing just keeps getting better and better! Must check the calendar but going on for 30 days this week sometime! Double woo-hoo!

Good Morning folks.
I woke up at about five with the two cats knocking hell out of my bedroom, turned over and fell asleep until eleven.
Eleven!!! I haven't slept till that time since I don't know when. I've done a little adjusting with the time to accomodate my work time, but still. Half the day's away already, as my old mother used to say.
I love getting stopped when I've done nothing wrong ronnie. It only happened once. They searched the car for drugs too with a dog.
You do sound great Grim. I can't wait to see the pics.
Poor Rob. I'd love a parrot Oney, but that's the old seafarer in me. WEhat kind is it?
