i am back,well i just put on 3lbs which is not bad,but iam wrecked after all that training,i need a holiday:H

hiya starts i swam 1km dats 25x 40 lenghts and cycled 20 km,it seems a lot but its not really,sometimes when iam out cycling my heart out an old man will just breeze by me with his heavy overcoat & his lunchbox on his bike and i could have swore one was smoking,

Hi Everyone,
I guess you all are going about the business of the day. I have not been on much lately but things are looking up for us here in the Southwest desert! Hubby and I are continuing on our sober road and feeling pretty darn good about it, indeed! It feels good not to lug those big 30 packs of beer home each day!! I'm sure my wallet is thicker as well. I hope everyone has a great day....I'm off to get ready for work which is getting busier by the day. It's amazing what a little extra effort can do!
