I havent been since Monday. Got a bit of paperwork to finish then I am off for a long workout followed by a swim and a collape in the steamroom. Back for lunch then I have a job to do this afternoon. How is it going for you at the gym?

Thats good about your eye Opal, I am only new to this gym lark as you know but I think the thing is, that it is easy to overdo it at first and then lack the motivation to get up and go again. I have found a level with the instructors advice that I feel comfortable with and even after only a few visits I can notice a big difference. I find exercise such a help in keeping sober, fair play to you for going I hope we can keep at it.
