                      ok im back for now ,couldn't pass this up,bye bye,i no how you feel the last year ive felt the same way many times , actually almost 2 years,the only thing is when i was drinking i numbed the pain and eventually it didnt help any more,thot id share this with you,H A LT the letters stand for hungry, anger, lonely, and last but not least tired these are the greatest threats to a person with a AL problem or drug problem,many times we tend to compare ourselves with others and end up falling into the old rut,if you keep reminding yourself your special eventually it will kick in one day, you are,never mind what others think your world is yours, i hope it helps im in a rambling mode today,guess im just getting xci ted about my operation and getting my life back i do wish you well, gyco

                            The human body's capacity for punishment, and to repair itself, amazes me. I am trying to take better care of mine these day's. The young thing is having a well earned break.
