P.s. Waves. I know you've done a few 2 week af stints before, but have you tried 30 day's before? if not, would you? It's very, very different to 2 weeks af, i think, and a very valuable experience, not too scary, because of the finite length, and do-able, and within reach.

I am half way through "My very last bottle of Pinot" (In fact, I'm determined not to finish it, I'll at least tip the last glass down the sink)

It was $45 for the bottle!!! Thought I'd go out with a bang...

So, being the drunk that I am, a bottle just makes me chilled, I need two bottles to be drunk (That's pretty sad really)

Anyway AF as of the Morrow..

Well for me, 30 days kinda 'sorts you out', in the way that you learn about the tricks your mind plays to get you back in the comfort zone of drinking, and you also have to learn/find strategies that work for you. You sort of build a toolbox custom built for you, and 30 days basically gets you thinking with a clearer head about where you want to go, and how to do it.
