Tip,

I didn't get any relief from the Bac until I was at 80 mg/day.

I am currently at 120 mg/day and have been sober and aim on stayin' thatta way!!

Yip hi Zen I am sitting here bloated, full of malaysian curry and diet coke, no room for the pineapple and ice cream. Well maybe in an hour.
Way better however than the first bottle of wine I would normally consume by this time of a Sat evening, which would be nearly done for at this stage of the night and the second being eyed up lustfully.

I hear you're off on hols Opal. I'd love to go to Dublin. I've been to Southern Ireland years ago and loved it. The Irish are so like the Scottish, I got on really well with them. :-)
