I just discovered that if you put your juice and your All-One into a jar with an ice cube and shake hard the ice cube helps to break up those disgusting chunks so it is more palatable......

I have a Braun hand-held blender that has several attachments, and the one that you can make milkshakes with does a pretty good job of making the allone drinkable. I mix it with tomato juice.

The blender thing also comes with a mini food processor and an egg beater. It's pretty handy!

Gotta Love the Magic Bullet

This is where that little Magic Bullet gizmo comes in. I use it everyday for that All In One. If you like to make a little protein drink for breakfast you can get great flavored protein powders at any health food store ( I like chocolate), mix with skim milk, a few ice cubes, the AIO and blend away...Creamy milkshake for breakfast that's good for you! Sometimes I just use juice and ice cubes but the Magic Bullet Blender sure works and makes it easier and doesn't take up much counter space like my regular blender. (sorry to sound like a commercial...)

I have one of those salad dressing cups with the spinny wheel thingies. Works great, and a little less maintenance than a blender. I throw a few ice cubes in with about a cup and a half of OJ. Swallow the supps with the all one conconction. Breakfast of champions!!

Lush thank you for the ice cube tip- that stuff is just awful how can they say it blends easily with juice ugh!

Becca good idea to wash down the supps with it- but I am wondering if that is your overkill and giving you your poopy problems lol? :l

I got a Magic Bullet, too, based on Lorik's advice, and I will sometimes makes a smoothie for breakfast, with yogurt, fruit, a little milk, allone and protein powder. I also use it to swallow the supps and my topa. Voila, breakfast and all the supps and vitamins and nutrition in one swoop!

And it is easy to clean, very high-priority for a house-work challenged person like me!:H
