Lordy me ....a SNAG two decades on.....
OK Mr...what's the best thing to use to fill plaster holes.... I've got this stuff from Bunnings...Swedish or some orgy borgy stuff
But most importantly....what's a really good blue/grey/lavender ish colour (bedrooms) and what's the best paint do ya think ? One of those ones that you wiggle your nose and it's done.If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Fill the holes in your walls with CORNICE CEMENT (it's a type of plaste, a powder that you mix with water.
Nordsco (Orgy Borgy) isn't much good for large cracks and holes as it shrinks and isn't easy to sand..
Wattle ID lowsheen is the best paint to use for your walls and is easy to apply (Nice and slidey)
As for the colour, I can't help you except to say that whatever you choose will look MUCH darker once the entire room is painted, so go for a half or 3/4 stegnth of what you like..What you perceive is what you believe, so make sure you look at things the right way....Comment

Hello from a wet and windy Sat evening in the Emerald Isle, heading off to my pit soon but just thinking this is always such a fun thread I thought I would poke my nose in and say GDay.
Wavy you are sounding in top form my man, keep up the good work. I spent over six months on a house refurb in my spare time last year so all this talk of filling holes and mixing paint brings such sweet memories NOT.

RIGHT !
I can now confirm that I've done EVERYTHING wrong wrong wrong...including the trail of paint all over my floor boards through the house from the bottom of my joggers. Just as well I have small feet.
This stuff always seems like SO much fun....in theory.....
