          Hey Zen :-)

          HAd Corned beef,jacket potatoes and cabbage with loads of butter for dinner last night and made a big pot of Veggi soup from the stock.. It's the middle of Winter here!

                    salt water(Brine), Bridge, that's what the beef is pickled in..

                    And my corned beef doesn't have rainbows in it, mine isn't pickled in LSD..
