Hi Tawney
Well Bridget... It was my eldest son who is 9 next week, he hates me smoking and always used to go on about it
Then he used to say that I was alway drunk and that I drank and smoked to much
I must admit, I was really embarrised with myself when I heard him say that, I could just hear it at the school "there Ben's mum, he said that she is drunk"
althought he never did say anything - well I hope not anyway........
But now he has stopped saying it, and I must admit, my son seams alot happier in himself as well

Gosh Ronnie that must have ben tough to hear him say that, highly unlikely he said anything at school though. What is that saying about form the mouth of babes?
Been out trying to mow the grass which has got too long, really need to use the strimmer but I am sweating pints here with just the mower so had to come back in and collapse for ten mins.

Ktab..it was hard hearing my son say that, but im glad he did as it seem to hit home a bit and one of the reasons for going A/F is for my kids....I want to be or at least try and be a good mother to them
Plus I thought my marriage was worth saving.....which by the way is going well, we are getting there...as the saying goes....

My boy just use to stare at my wine glass and say 'Mum, why is that ALWAYS your favourite glass'
OR "Mum have you had wine?'
'No son'
I hadn't.
It was Vodka.
