But my day has'nt really been lazy, up at the crack of dawn this morning for son's football, then wrapped ten ton of presents up for my youngest and my eldest birthdays, then my youngest has got his friend round for sleep over.......

Why don't you try the decaf route Ronnie, I switched a little while back and pretty soon you won't notice the difference between them. Pro is that you don't have the diuretic and sleep depriving properties of caffiene to be concerned about? Cons....well can't really think of any.....
