    Morning all

    Here I am starting off yet again.. I'm a bit late Today as I've slept in and have decided to relax and be a few hours late for work (and knock off early as well!)

    Day 3 Today, so thought I'd take it easy and have a cruisy day..

    I'm making a massive lunch to take to work...I've been eating for Australia since I stopped drinking!

    Anyway, hope you all have a good Monday..

      Hi Everyone
      Wavey well done and good luck for day 3, once you get past day 3-4 things will get easier for you.
      What are you going to do when you get home?

      Well the kids woke me up early, but I supose I have to get used to it as they are back at school tomorrow.
      Not much planned for today apart from a bit of paperwork
      Oh and tidy my sons bedroom up after he and his mate had a sleepover.......

      Does anyone know how to get play dough out of a carpet without the colour running? If my hubby finds out he will go mad as we told our son that he was'nt allowed to play with it in his bedroom as it is a brand new carpet.......PLEASE HELP.....

        I found this by Googling

        How To Clean Play-Doh from carpet and Anything Else

        Shoot, I hope you can get the stain out. I think the big trick is to use a brush and get as much of the playdoh out as possible before putting any liquid down.

                Good (really early) Morning from Alabama, US.

                I woke up and thought of Wavey. I hope today has been cruisy for you and you are ready to round into Day 4. (I am so hopeless with TZs, so have absolutely no idea what time it is there, or what day for that matter.)

                Hang in there and keep being extra good to yourself for a while. Dare I say, pamper yourself? You are doing something worth doing but it takes a bit of sheer determination at the start. Once you get into the double digits, your body will start letting you know how much better it feels and then it becomes easier to stay on that wave and ride it to shore.

                        Yep...the brat erm I mean child has now gone home - no he was ok really......
                        The boys are back to school tomorrow and the youngest has got kindy as well so a lovely peaceful day tomorrow (hopefully) Whoppee...........

                            Hi Everyone,,,
                            Just popping in to leave a quick msg...I made it to day 5 2day and i wouldn't have done it without you all.Feeling a bit back to normal 2day....So chuffed at making it this far.
                            Was ready to throw in the towel at day 3 and if it wasn't for you guys i probably would have as th wd's were pretty bad.But heh i feel over the worst now...
                            L-glut & kudzo are fantastic...nearly as helpful as you all.
                            Off now to the gamestore to change an xbox game i bought for my son...(with a hangover i might add)....it should have been x-box live...lol...duh me..

                            Anyway thanks again to you all,
                            Have a great monday,,keep strong,sober & happy..
