It was a beautiful spring -like day here today. Just gorgeous.
What is it with you lot and exercise, anyway? You are maniacs.
I jumped on the scale this morning and I've lost 4 kilos. Couldn't believe it. Even WITH all the sugar cravings, and 'snakes' that I've scoffed.

Morning all, Opal if you havent left yet I would advise you watch out for flooding. As you know I am only an hour from Dublin and it has been bucketing down all night and there is no chance of it stopping anytime soon. Oh an dbring the wellies and raincoats x2.
Well peps after reading your posts I decided to jump on the scales this morning, something I very very seldom do and was suprised to find I am lighter by 6-10lbs than I have been in many years, feeling lean, trim and oh so healthy this morning.
