ok they ship to canada.ill keep my fingers crossed that it makes it also what dose do you use and how often,,,,,,, do you use .5 gram very often or do you just use it once a week

I use 500 mg to 1000 mg with 50 mg of the p5p (activated b6). You can do that each day but I find that I don't need to anymore, so I just use it right after work sometimes or early on a weekend. It's great for brain concentration and just generally getting a relaxing feeling. You may want to see if you need to add 100 mg of theanine, but I doubt that you will.
