    Good morning peeps.
    And what a beautiful one it is.
    i managed a lovely lie in this morning and woke up with a feeling that all is well in the world once again
    I am off for some lovely pampering in town this morning and then maybe a bit of retail therapy.

        I meant the sleeping in and not having to work part...I HATE shopping (unless it's for power tools) and as for pampering...A massage would be nice :-)

              Well then, you do like retail therapy.

                            goor morning wavey,deebees,and of course startsdoesent look great outside.who cares its whats iside with me that counts.good result from the hospital yesterday,i got the all clear,now i am officialy clear headedanyway of to my group therpy aftercare,that does be a good time,i have also, listen up, joined a gym,i start tomorrow where i will have my own personall fitness instructor the last time i joined a gym i wanted to be a macho man now i just want to be a man:Hhave a great happy & sober day all :goodjob:

                              Oh, I'm being a bit melodramatic Starts -- all it means is there are clouds and a bit of wind. The temp has dropped below 20C -- I know!!
