Hi Starty not a bad old day I suposed cause I managed to get my 60 lengths in. Going to eat in ten mins then attack the garden for an hour if the rain stays away that long.

Its only breaststroke and takes me an hour but fairly easy to do that much now. Do you remember not so long ago I was jelly legged and had to lay down after half that.
I tried really really hard not to giggle about the hair comment but failed

Thanks I am feeling tops and have been for a few weeks now. Still got money issues but but sure doesnt everyone have hassles. This being sober lark fits me like a silk glove and I have had a couple of positive comments from people close to me also. Suprising what we can achieve when we want something with all our heart and soul.
