Arvo/Evening all!
Yip, the w/kend, after a long week, is a great feeling. Fairly new to me, as most of my life (as a musician) has been one long weekend, which is great, but, err, does require some discipline!
Our addictive brain is a liar. It is not our friend. It tells us we need to drink to have fun. This is a lie. What a complete load of bullshit! We are free, as non drinker's. Life is wild, and it is forever fascinating. Changing my thinking, was my biggest challenge. This, is where the work is. Life is just so huge, and beautiful, so stimulating, interesting, sad, funny, crazy, a bit if your farce, your tragi-comedy, your romance, and just feckin wild and free if you want to go there in your own head. Then you get your body and spirit to follow, and Roberta's your transexual Uncle!....Easy huh?...........x
