I dunno really, maybe some people who are struggling tonight think of it as the next step away from a beer. Maybe I am just being daft.
I actually fancied a beer tonight but purely for the taste, hence the AF one. I dont crave the alcohol and wouldnt drink one now if offered, if that makes any sense.

I'd love to say "Another wonderful hangover free day"

But I have a splitting headache, post 2 bottles of red wine last night..

I'm not treating this as a disaster but I AM AF AGAIN AS OF NOW!

I didn't enjoy being drunk last night, I posted lots of bollocks and probably upset someone? And I feel like my head is about to explode and my mouth tastes like the bottom of a cockie's cage and my day is ruined..

Alcohol is SHIT..

Anyway, I am fine and still in good spirits.. If anything last night was a great reminder of why I'm trying to stop..

Apologies to anyone I may have offended last night...

Anyway Onwards and Upwards..

I find this place useful and they are usually fair in their analasis.
