I am sitting here grinning cause this thread is a doozy and I love it!!!!!

I am pretty new to all this, currently on day 6 AF-but almost caved in about an hour ago and had to go into full 'prevention mode'!! But hearing your story has helped my resolve Wave,cause it just reminded me of where I don't want to be tomorrow morning!!!

I know this doesn't help you and I am feeling your 'heachache' with much empathic shuddering, but just reading this has helped me keep away from the Bourbon!!!

Everything has a beginning and end though Wave, so 'this too shall pass' and you will be back on the sobriety train soon!!!

Hey- I've only just found this, on a supermarket shelf near me ... the best grown-ups soft drink is ... ta-dah ... Bundaberg Ginger Beer™! Fan-bloody-tastic.

Oh dog - I've just realised I'll probably get the strap because I mentioned "b**r". I best add that it's totally and utterly AF.

Tawny. I drink Bundy too! I stick it in a stubby holder at barbie's. It tastes good, and doesn't stand out like a pint of oj would, with people pointing and whispering.....'Is that bloke not drinking?' etc, etc..........
