    Never give up mate, you cant and neither can any of us here to be blunt.
    Just use this as a learning experience, you will know next time you feel that way and continue on with what you did so successfully all of last week.
    Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

        Hi everyone
        Just a very quick check in before I have to go to son's birthday party
        Had a lovely nights sleep last night, could of done with a couple of hours more though.........
        I am feeling alot better today, I was so tired last night, I think my mind was playing with me.....
        Wavey mate..dont beat yourself up over your slip, we have all been there darling, just think of it as a lesson learnt, I hope you get some rest and dont forget to drink lots of water, it should'nt be too long untill you feel human again..... Instead of going back to day 1 why dont you just say day 8 with 1 slip....

          S0, it's 5pm, I've drank my own body weight in water and eaten enough codine for an elephant and am feeling much better..

          Thank God that's over...I can't believe I used to do that to myself nearly every night!

                          Well Bridget, for your information, I'm having a wild time here. Had 2 big bowls of the best soup, and about to rip into a fiesty game of scrabble. I've let the local police know, and have informed the neighbours. There's no telling where it'll all end up if i break out the after dinner mints.
