dont worry Starts we can deal with mere males! I've given up trying to make my house sparkle - am convincing myself that a bit of dirt makes it look lived in! Who am I kidding?
Yippee have motivation now in as much as daughter has woken up and she wants to go to gym - nothing like a bit of company to get us moving. That's why its so good being on MYO!

Aint that the truth Oney. Do try and eat something if you can. And watch the paracetamol intake, I believe it is not a good thing for us lot to be taking because of possible raised liver readings and it can effect the liver. I stick to disprin but I prob have this wrong, does anybody know?

Hi Sooty it has been pouring down all night but lovely now TG. I am delighted you are doing so well. Enjoy your gym trip with your daughter, nice to still do things with our kids when they are not kids anymore, if you get my drift.

Aspirin is worse for your liver than paracetamol..

Codine is the strongest and so best when you have a fever and are really in trouble (Codine coverts to morphine via the liver) but is the least damaging..

I went out with a Doctor for 3 years...LMAO

But according to Tawny, the fact that it's an automatic and doesn't run on diesel, makes me quite vulnerable to most viruses..

good morning all,glad to see things are improving,talkative bunch,more rain here i beleive,thats ok makes the yard green,i got the house work done yesterday,think i was made for this cleaning crap,hahahha,wife seems to enjoy it,lol,think she d rather be home then me,but i do think i do a better job,hahahaha,she just does the touch ups i miss,acceptable,onester im glad to see things are getting better for you,and the yungins ,we had the flu bad here 10 years ago,if it wasn't coming out one end,it was coming out the other,10 days it lasted,lost 16 lbs or so,strarts try to get some sleep,even just try to shut your eyes for a while,are defenses come down if we dont get sleep,remember the word halt,hungry,anger,lonely and last but not least your tired part,i do wish all a nice day all be back gyco
