Scrub away! I'm doing the same. I actually scrubbed our little nook around where the cat box sits, that gets smelly and nasty over time. I swept all the dust out, and then took pine-sol and hot water and soaped and brushed and then went over with nice clean water. Kitty was happy to have a clean potty room, and I'm happy not to have the smell on hot days.
I also did the furnace filters for the upstairs system. Today I'll do the filters for the downstairs system. Upstairs is once a year, but downstairs I'll have to do them again for winter heating season.Comment

I have cleaned our big screene in back porch. Its shady, the ceiling fan is on, and I'm using the mantra 'if it's not beautiful, I love it, I use it all a the time, (or its very valuable), get rid of it'. I've never really done it before. People who come in my house say they don't need to visit a museum! LOL SO, time to PURGE, and this time it won't hurt my health.sigpic
