Please don't be so crestfallen. I did not intend to be cruel. Your proposal was an extremely attractive one but since my last disasterous liaison with the Texas Horny Toad, I have become somewhat wary.

We share many things - serious hind leg action being one of them - but will the fact that I can jump 20 times my length and you can only manage 4.5 times your height lead to a potential source of conflict?

I like to spend my days sitting in the sun on lily-pads; my evenings sticking to window panes and my nights ... well, you know... I'm fairly noisy. Do you really think we can make this inter-speciesal(!) thing work?

Another thing worries me - is the marsupial prenuptual really necessary?
