Dunno just a bit down. Crazy really, I nearly went to the pub today even though I didnt have any craving for AL. Hard to explain that one. Pissy humour always a big trigger for me. Guess facing up to and dealing with our feelings is all part of the journey eh.

Oh yes, and that is hard. You know in the early "honeymoon" days its kind of easy and a novelty. I always think the real work starts later.
Now is the time to figure out what to do to get out of it. And there are lots of ways. But you know that.

thats a normal feeling K T i dont go to a pub often but i do have AL in the housew its a pet peeve like today i was thinking of having a drink looke up and seen all the check marks for progress went to an AA meeting and last but not least here it works

You had an epidural?, I hope you didnt look down during the op. Think I would rather be knocked out. Prob safer not to, though I suppose.
