Unconditional Love

I remember reading somewhere 'I will do somebody a good turn and not get found out, if anyone does, it will not count' What a great exercise! It helps me to break free of the habit of doing something generous to get something back. I know now that only when I give without expectation will I reap the true reward of giving. When there are no strings attached to giving everyone stands to benefit just like MWO! These anonymous positive gestures are the building blocks of a flourishing spiritual well being, and I know that I am engaged in worthwhile pursuits and my self esteem grows. Today I will put uncoditional love into action.When I give freely without expecting anything in return I always receive more than I give.:l
