    Most Blokes (Not me, obviously) Are truly shit scared of not "Being a Man" or "showing weakness" (at least here and in the UK)

    It's an antiquated idea but you'd be suprised how many blokes at work are anxious/depressed/ have weed/alcohol problems and think they are the ones one who feels like that...

    Blokes are shit at facing up to what's happening!

        Hi Wavey, we have missed each other lately.
        I think you are absolutely spot on there. Many blokes hide their feelings and therefore "deal" with them through drug and alc use.
        You would make an excellent counsellor Wavey!

            Very true Waves. Mens health, mental emotional and physical is an under resourced, and not well understood area, for these reasons. i.e. a lot of men wont talk about their issues, cause they're scared to, or don't know where/how to start. (and Tawny has a view or 2 on this subject too)
