Nearly a full house nowHello everyone.
Tip I was in poxy humour for a couple of days earlier this week. I even considered heading off to the pub for the afternoon at one stage but I didnt. I recognise after my time on here that that kind of humour is a big trigger for me and I was able to get through it. Whats more is I didnt even want a drink really. So buddy try and work out what it is that is triggering this and it might all become a bit clearer. Hope you find wherever you missplaced your bounce because it would be a lot duller place here without your bouncyness.Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

I agree, we all go through times when we feel like shite, but it always passes...sometimes it feels like forever though.
